You can, with the right wind, smell this restaurant from a few blocks away, and we don’t think that’s a bad thing at all. We heard more Uighur being spoken than Chinese, which might make you feel a little out of place, but it won’t be long before the incredible food and hospitality will have you considering hopping a train heading West.
