This American-owned bar is a quiet place where you can shoot pool and chat with some friends. It’s a little hard to spot because you actually have to walk in one of the Japanese restaurants in Shihui Fang and take the stairs up to the second floor. They’ve got San Miguel on draft and a really good burger, but watch out: they load it up with everything if you don’t ask them to leave it off.
